  4. After d&c surgery. It is normal or not?

Hello mam I was pregnant 2nd time and my miscarriage occur during 6to 7 week of pregnancy after two and three doctor and ultrasound report my baby have no cardiac activity.so after d&c only two days bleeding occur it is normal or not?
