After Covid Problem

First symtoms of covid- 16.4.21
Have done CT- 27.4.21 CT score was 5/25
After recovering, I feel pressure on chest and neck. TSH was 6.05, inflammatory markers was in range except LDH , it was around 264.(test done on 12thmay around)
Currently suffering from neck pain,high pulse rate above 100 at rest, at evening bp was slightly on higher side but at night it was within range. Unable to sleep at night.. can listen heart blood pumping sound..
What should I do?

It's anxiety . Do some relaxing exercise. If your heart rate is persistently high ( more than 100 ) take an ECG and consult.
