  4. After covi shield vaccination. Days now?

After covi shield vaccination
Hi , i have taken covishield vaccine 2 days ago.. got fever and reduced. Had headache and nausea and that also got reduced. Now facing diarrohea from today morning and body pains from yesterday. Please suggest if i can take medicine after vaccination as it been 2 days now? Thanks
