AFI : 7.2cm in 37W
Hi Doctor, Now I am 37w 1d pregnant. Today I had gone my ultrasound scan and found the AFI is 7.2cm. How long I can wait in this situation? Whether I can wait upto 7th august? What are the ways to improve my AFI further? PS: This is my second pregnancy and first one was C-section.

AFI of 7.2 cm is not an issue, If you have previous c section history , then wait till 38 complete weeks after then you can go for elective c section delivery.
