Afer effect of unwanted72

Asked for Female, 22 Years

My gf nd me had sex very next day after her menses ends. I gave her unwanted 72, after 48hrs then one week later her menses startes few days later she also had h blood test which is negative. Now one month passed her menses not came yet she feels cramps and something Moving in circular motion in her stamoch. Plz help what it could be, also how long should wait for menses..?
