AFC count decreased drastically
Hello doctor,
My AFC last year April was around 23-25 both ovaries and this year its reduced to 10-12 both ovaries.
Can u please explain the reason for drastic loss in the quality.. last year we started planning for a child but no luck.

Are you tablet for ovulation induction if yes this is the most important cause because after using ovulation induction medicine so many follicle are coming at a time but count of follicle are fixed so consult to ivf specialist.
