Asked for Male, 33 Years

Hello doc I am a 33 yrs old male and married for 7 years. I am not able to sustain erection for long and coz of which the sex is not that great and obviously we r not able to have kids. I have tried Viagra and it worked at that point in time. Is having viagra everytime safe??? Is there any other soluution to it. Its becoming very frustating now.
