Advice req after 1st trimester screening
Hi All, We are expecting our first child in September 2021. Currently my wife is 17 weeks pregnant. We have done our first trimester screening in Feb 2021. The findings of the reports are: CRL: 70mm BPD: 21mm HC:78 mm AC: 68 mm FL: 10 mm FHR:161/bpm NT: 0.9mm Nasal bone: 1.6 mm Double Marker Test Report: PAPPa: 2.20 MoM fb-hCG: 3.53 MoM Age risk: 1:441 Biochemical T21 risk: 1:413 Combined trisomy 21 risk: 1:2053 Trisomy 13/18+ NT: <1:10000 Is everything normal? Or is there anything to worry? Pls help and guide. Thanks in Advance

Hello Congratulations Scanning shows hypoplastic nasal bone, for which you were advised double marker test. Risk is very low. So nothing to worry. (These tests are performed to diagnose Downs syndrome prenatally).
