My doctor has assisted that, if there is no pain, the surgery is not necessary. I need an advice if it will be thoughtful to got ahead without an operation? Is there any risks of complications in future?

If you have a hernia..it needs surgery.. it is a defect in abdominal wall through which the intestines protude. Everytime there is a raise of pressure in abdominal the intestines protude into hernia. But it may one day come out one day and not go back in. Then emergency major surgery maybe required where the strangulated portion of intestine also requires to be excised. So early surgery is the motto.
Next Steps

If he has no symptoms and hernia is not reaching completely into scrotum you can wait but if it is enlarging, better to get operated. Only risk in waiting is obstruction that is hernia does not go inside after it came out and that is associated with pain but this complications is rare.
Next Steps
consult to surgeon to assess wether it's likely to be obstructed or not
Health Tips
avoid constipation and cough and weight lifting

Hi , kindly get it operated as soon as possible. We should not wait for hernia to get obstructed ( bowel getting entangled inside defect) and lead to emergency surgery. Laparoscopic repair for same is feesible.
