Advice on discontinuation of alprax0.5mg

I've been taking alprax 0.5 mg for the past 4 months as prescribed by my doctor for joint pain.I wish to discontinue this drug.Can you please advice me on safe discontinuation.

Since you are taking alprax o.5mg for 4 months continuously, you may consider reducing the dose to 0.25mg for few days and then taking it on as per requirement basis. Later you may stop it completely. You need to check by yourself how fast you can stop it.
