Hello there.
Given by your symptom, it is most probably a perinal abscess as a result of inhealed anal fissure. The pus discharge is resulting from the abscess.
Next Steps
I would recommend start taking Tab Futex CV 500 mg 1 BD and immediately get a pus culture and sensitivity done. The result comes in 72 hours. We shall then switch over your antibiotic as per the report of C & S.
