Advice for CABG or stent
Dear Doctor, Recently, angiogram done for my father and below is angiogram report. Advice from current doctor is CABG, but can you please provide views on treatment from below report Report: LMCA : Proximal and Mid normal. Distal 50 % stenosis. LAD : osteal 60 % stenosis. Proximal mild ectasia, Mid mild 10-20 % stenosis, Distal diffuse 30 % stenosis. Diagonals : D1 - D3. DI Small sized, Normal. Ramus : Absent LCX  : Non-Dominant, Osteo-Proximal 80 % stenosis. Mid normal. Distal 30 % stenosis. OM S: OM 1-OM 3, OM 1 Diffuse 30-40 % stenosis. OM 3 OM S LArge, Normal. RCA : Dominant, proximal mild 20-30 % stenosis, Mid normal. Distal ectasia. PDA : Right PDA normal. Grafts - NA
