Request you to please suggest me what to do.
One doctor advice me following process:
1) RCT of teath no 46 (right side- second last teath) with caping
2) new teath placement with screw process then caping on it
Cost = arround 22k
Which is too much expensive for anyone like me. I want to know ur best suggestion on this

As per the opg your 46 right 1st molar doesn't look with involved pulp to me. That way only caries removal and 2/3 layer restoration would work.
Next Steps
Treatment: I would suggest you to go for excavation or caries removal first before deciding a root canal treatment.
And, even if there is pulp involved and root canal has to be done, the crown portion looks enough intact to directly opt for crown. No screw or post would be required which will also reduce the price estimate.
