You must use preservative free lubricants and omega 3 fatty acid 500 mg tablets or multivitamin antioxidant tablets containing omega 3 fatty acid. Its believed to help improving tear production. You can add antiallergic eye drops to counter the existing allergy as dryness and allergy form a vicious circle.
