Advance stage of inph
Can an advance stage of inph be treated as doctor took lp puncture test and said no to vp shunt as it did not had good outcome also uncle has parkinson's too he has prescribed tablets neurowire and amantax with levodopa i want my uncle to be treated with best surgeon but no doctor consultation has been satisfied us. we are still hoping for good results can some one suggest what can be done ? he is also type 2 diabetic stroke before 1 year

I specialised in the treatment of NPH in the UK before returning to India, and an LP not showing the improvement we hope for is not the end of the road. There are a few more tests to check if he is a responder and I would be happy to offer my services if you wish. However, geographically, my unit is located in Bangalore.
