Doctor asked about my cyst lloosing weight fairly quickly. Report: uterus anteverted measuring 6.6 x3x4.6. The endometrium slightly atrophic 2mm Both ovary within normal limit for volume though left ovary is larger than right. A complex left ovarian/ left Adnexal cystic lesion is present measuring 5.2 x 4.7 x 4.2 Any help ? Weight loss n Cysts?

You need to be tested to see what kind of cyst it is. Repeat ultrasound to reassess the cyst. Also do CA 125. It’s a blood test. This cyst is fairly large and needs to be removed. If you have lost almost 30 kg over few months, then it’s worrisome
