Adenomyosis and Fibroid treatment

I have uterus fibroid. I face too much womit and pain in my stomach, back, and legs. After sonography, doctor said there are symptoms of adenomyosis and operation should be done as soon as possible. I am 27 years old unmarried. Isn't there any way to cure these problems without removing uterus? DOCTOR'S REPORT: UTERUS: 2.6×2.6 sized hypoechoic mass lesion with central cystic area is seen in fundo anterior wall of uterus. IMPRESSION: Intramural fibroid with cystic degeneration/?Adenomyoma.
