Addiction to masturbation

Hello I'm 24 and living alone for last 6 years. I have got addicted to masturbation, once daily. Because of regular masturbation, my penis has got tilted to left. Also, while having sex, I'm unable to put it inside the vagina. I'm not sure of the reason - whether it is because of the tilt of penis or due to the virginity of my gf. Kindly suggest how to give up masturbation and to have proper sex.
