Acute upper abdominal pain
Acute abdominal pain radiating to back side. Not subsiding by taking Drotin. Loose stool. Vomitted twice in last 12 hrs. Last vomit was only liquid with sour taste.

Hello. Well dear abdominal pain associated with  vomiting are the common symptoms in case of renal or ureteric calculi and appendicitis..but your features suggest more towards calculi...I would suggest you to meet a surgeon and get yourself examined...you also need ultrasound. .thank you
