Asked for Male, 54 Years

My father's ct scan us report says following three impressions: 1. Heterogeneous and bulky pancreas with peipancreatic walled off necrosis as described 2. Right nephrolithiasis 3. Hepatomegaly with fatty changes. He has lost almost 20 kgs of weight and sometimes experiences pain below shoulders at the back Please help me with the treatment details

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You need to take him to a hospital near you. Get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
