Acute pancreatitis since last 10 days. High fever goes upto 103℃ since last 5 days. Still in hospital. Serum Lipase 141 U/L and Amylase Serum was 264 U/L. No gallstone. Difficulty in breathing.

Acute pancreatitis is mostly bcoz of gall stones or alcohol in majority of cases. Rarely it can be due to other minor causes..
