Acute pancreatitis
Acute pancreatitis since last 10 days. High fever goes upto 103℃ since last 5 days. Still in hospital. Serum Lipase 141 U/L and Amylase Serum was 264 U/L. No gallstone. Difficulty in breathing.

Any history of drinkig alcohol? Acute pancreatitis is mostly bcoz of gall stones or alcohol in majority of cases. Rarely it can be due to other minor causes.. Continue treatment in the hospital. ensure adequate hydration
