Acute gastropathy
Hello doctor,I'm having this problem from past 2 years but last year on September my gastric problem triggered again now it triggered .it started giving me pain below the chest and  above the abdomen , recently I observed in stools getting pin worms are detected I took medication regarding pin worms with antibiotics to kill the infection in stomach but still the trouble of pin worms lightly decreased but not completely ,now it triggered gastric problem with pain in Abdomen I don't know what to do can you suggest me please to decrease my gastric problem and pin worm problem.pin worm problem started this year only frequently monthly it's occurring,I'm attaching my endoscopy report also.thank you

Persistent Gastric problems need more evaluation than just endoscopy. A biopsy test during repeat endoscopy (since first one was done almost 6months ago) and if needed further testing may be needed to diagnose and treat adequately.

I think u need a repeat endoscopy and manometry I need ultrasound also I need to know food habits also Pinworm u probably need not worry
