Acute Gastritis

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I have been prescribed nexpro 40 and gelusil syrup by one of the Dr. On Practo for 15 days. However since I started taking it, I have a severe headache and I'm not able to contact the same Dr. Also my problem is not solved completely. Please help. Still the dose is not completed.

Gelusil and nexpro are less likely to cause headaches. It is very possible the headache may be unrelated to medication and needs evaluation. However Gastritis in the form of nausea with headache can be due to migraines get your blood pressure checked
