I'm suffering from fissure problem since may 2nd week ..I used allopathy no use ..I'm using ayurvedic now no use. .allopathy doctor said to me that I need to undergo surgery ...ayurvedic doctor said need to open my anal spasm by matna vasti for 5 days but no guarantee for complete cure.im confused and panic what to do ..please help me
