Acute appendicitis

My friend is diagnosed with acute appendicitis Yesterday he got severe lower right iliac region pain so he took pan-dsr and cyclopam The pain is less today but there is tenderness Can he manage with tablets for some days ( if so which tablets would be better ) If surgery (general surgery or laparoscopy surgery )which would be better What is the recovery time for both surgeries I have attached the usg report also please check Kindly suggest Thanks in advance

Appendicitis needs urgent surgery. There are risks of many life threatening complications. Best is LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY AS IT HAS LESS Infections, earlier recovery and diagnostic laparoscopy is also done at same time so other causes, rest of the intestines can also be explored.
