Acute abdominal pain from last 20 years

Asked for Female, 48 Years

My mother had a hysterectomy at the age of 30 but after 1 month she went to her village by bus and in bus her stitches broke. Developed pus in them. Had two more operation, removed uterus, but still the pain doesnot go. Nothing shows up in Ct scan MRI. Whenver she does any household work she develops acute pain. Cant stand sit for long. Genuinely need help. Consulted many gynos, gastro doctrs but all in vain.
