Active blood vessel, wound not healing

Asked for Male, 39 Years

Hi i have a wound in index finger not healing. This has been drained two times and cotarised also. Dermologist and Surgen both have given up. I have been advised to see Vascular Surgen. Please suggest some one in Delhi. Cheers Shaz
