Sir due to stress and anxiety i have gut issues which causes acne on face kindly help to reduce this gut problem in stress cz stress is constant for time being and prevent acne.

Hi there , i am dr Prashant singh , MD medicine Reduce Sugary drinks, sweets, white bread, bakery items, Refined rice, instant noodles, packaged snacks in your diet Avoid milk based products if you can . Increase intake of fruits , vegetables, whole grains , nuts . Cleanse the face daily 2-3 times , avoid scrubbing the face Sleep atleast 7-8 hrs a day to reduce stress , meditation, regular physical activity , exercise can help alot . Avoid squeezing the acne (may flare it up ) Avoid smoking and alcohol
