I wanted to ask that is there any method in homeopath to prevent sun damage when I m out in the sun? I am currently using berberis aquifolium MT twice daily both internally and externally,,I want to know that if I apply this MT or it's gel form and go out in the sun without wearing sunscreen would it cause any harm?And which one would cause least damage when I m out in the sun, MT or gel?

MT and gel both are good for skin. But tanning is a natural process,u need to apply SPF creams. Gel can be applied on face and MT on other body parts. Don't apply it in sun as there is no use. It can cure after effects of sun exposure.
