Horizontal tear visulaized extending over anterior horn, bodyand posterior horn of lateral meniscus. small vertical tear visualized in anterior horn of lateral mensicus
Medial meniscus appears slightly thinned out/attenuated.
Grade 1 signal change noted involving anterior horn,body &posterior horn of medial meniscus.
