It is best to have surgical repair of the torn ACL.
if for any reason,it is not possible, then you may give a trial to AK plaster cast for 6 wks.along with physiotherapy and medicines.
It may work out.

Hello, if undergoing a surgical procedure is difficult, you have to accept the the risk of progressive injury to other structures in the knee joint. However, these can be minimized if you give up all sporting activities and running. At an young age like this, it is better to undergo surgery rather than following a lifelong sedentary lifestyle.
Hope this helps
Hi...yes you have an ACL tear alongwith tears in both the medial and lateral meniscus.
It is important to get operated because if these tears are left untreated, these torn structures will damage the other structures inside your knee which are normal right now. After a few years, your knee will start undergoing wear and tear faster than the other knee.
If you don't have money to get operated at a private hospital, please get operated at a government hospital. You will be able to get your surgery done at a very very cheap rate there.
If, you don't want to get operated upon at all, you may do the following (though I would strongly advise you to get operated):
*Avoid sitting/sleeping on the floor
*Avoid using stairs as much as possible
*Avoid using Indian Toilet. Use a Western style toilet or a foldable toilet chair.
*Also, do the exercise shown in the video below:
