I am male aged 23.
I am having pain near right chest left chest and also below ribs and in between ribs.
I tought it is heart attack symptoms and went to hospital.
Doctor said it is because of acidity and anxiety.
I used esomac D-40 tablets for one month in the morning.
And i didnt use for 40 days..
Now my acidity got worsen.
I am feeling soo much of pain in the right chest..
I started using tablets again..the same tablets..
Can you please suggest me a diet plan..like what to eat..
Which fruits will help reducing acid reflux.
Which drinks to drink...please do suggest me doctor.
Say me which foods to avoid too...

[ ] Hi as your symptoms are suggestive of gastritis.Follow some lifestyle changes. Take your food timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. as much as you want thereafter. Don't lie down immediately after food. Finish your night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Go to bed after minimum 1 hour after dinner. Always keep your stomach 1/4 th empty. You can divide your meal into 5-6 times a day. Avoid the particular food, which you observed that after taking you feel bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc. Feel free to ask any further quary related to this problem
