Acid reflux
I had my gall bladder removal surgery 7 months ago and still I am unable to eat certain foods. I easily get acidity and indigestion, I am unable to eat spicy and fried food.

U think after operation you r free to eat everything. No sir this is totally wrong. YOU NEED BLAND DIET ALWAYS EXCEPT ONCE IN A BLUE MOON.   DINNER MUST BE VERY LIGHT. ADD SALAD, FRUITS SPROUTS BUTTERMILK LAMONADE IN DIET. TAB NEXPRO RD 40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR TEN DAYS. MUCAINE GEL 10 ML WITHOUT WATER YOU CAN TAKE IT THREE TO FOUR TIMES A DAY, NOTHING BY MOUTH TILL 30 MIN.ITS AN INSTANT ACTING MEDICINE. NO RELATION WITH FOOD.
