Aching breasts and nipple discharge.

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am 22 year old female. My breasts have lumps and they are aching now when i touch them or if they get pressed somehow. The lumps and pain is same in both breasts. Nipples are discharging white waxy, smelly thing. It smells like the discharge from my navel.Nipples are getting dry and look weird as if covered by dead cells. and if i squeeze them to remove the dry layer , it starts appearing septic. Other than this i have labia hypertrophy too. Do i need to consult the doctor?
