Ache&numb in legs pain in sexual organs

Asked for Female, 20 Years

For a couple months now I have been experiencing full aches in legs along with a tingling sensation and numbness I also get dull aches in the ovary section which sometime turns into sharp pains and can be on either side this comes with back ache and pain in the groin area and vagina bones and muscles. My periods have been very irregular
