When i was 2 years old my family recognize that my right eye falls .. and doctor gave me glasses which stopsit from falling.but is there any surgery which will stop my eye from falling ?

your problem is not clear but what i could understand by eye falling means
partial ptosis. please consult an oculoplastic surgeon.
