Absess after care concerns PLEASE HELP!

2 days ago I had an absess drained at the ER. The abscess is in between my vagina and anus but more on the bottom right but cheek. It wasn’t time but it wasn’t huge either. They placed a little packing in it , put me on an antibiotic, & told me to take it out this morning. It came out on it own yesterday afternoon after a shower. My issue is I’m concerned with having a bowel move. It’s close to my anus so I’m concerned with contaminating the area. Any suggestions on how to safel relive myself.

Hygiene is extremely important. Wash the area with soap water after clearing your bowels. Also you are taking antibiotics don't worry.
