  4. Absent periods. Thing to induce periods.

Absent periods
So i had my last periods on 20-24feb 2020 and since then I've not had periods. I've been under major stress for a while in between and I've take 5 pregnancy test until yesterday and all came negative. I've experienced what felt like ovulation cramps in around 15-18 April. But still no periods. Can anybody suggest me some withdrawal medicine sort of thing to induce periods.
