Absence Seizure
My daughter is starring at one place for about 10 to 15 seconds. She is not responding during that time. After that she came back to her normal activities like nothing happened. We have consult neurologist and took an eeg yesterday. EEG report came abnormal.
No family history of seizure. What may be the reason ? I am so Worried about this

There are multiple causes in children for absence seizures.
Most of them are benign and usually subsides by adilescence until when Anyi epileptic drug is to be taken - after ruling out any organic causes.
