  4. Absence of ovulation. Is there any hope?

Absence of ovulation
Ovulation follicles does not grow even medicine is injected .I had my last period on may 18 but ovulation does not happens follicles are very small .Is it possible to grow follicle within one week naturally. Because medicine are not effective now. I last ovulate on april. My husband is a merchant navy guy. He is now with me. Is there any hope
