On real time B mode sonography, uterus is anteverted and normal in size. Endometrium thickness is 5.7 mm. Cervix is normal in echotexture. Both ovaries :-are normal in size. Small follicles are seen in both ovaries. Respected this is my 13 days scan report can ibgot pregnant or not tell me pl immediately thanks

If you are trying for pregnancy, then this is not a good report since you don't seem to be ovulating. It will be a good idea to see a gynaecologist to discuss further treatment
