About uti and antibiotics
I am 15 weeks pregnant.from one week I am feeling little pressure in the abdomen after urination.went to doctor she prescribed laycef200 mg  antibiotics twice a day  for 5 days and that day only she asked me to give urine sample before starting the course.i started the course now reports came there is no infection in the bladder and completely normal.but doctor asked me to continue the course.is it good to take antibiotics without infection? And also I heard that usage of antibiotics are not good in pregnancy.i am worrying about this.now I am taking antibiotics unnecessary that is my concern.please help.

If you are not having any problems  ,relief of Your abdominal discomfort,  & urine show no infection,  you can stop antibiotic . Unnecessarily antibiotic is harmful during pregnancy.

Do you have burning while passing urine? Fever, nausea, increase in no. Of times to pass urine. If no, then you can stop medicines. Drink plenty of water through out the day.
