Hello there! Actually my Hb is 9.5 . It's iron deficiency anemia. I was planning of taking vitaminB12 and folic acid tablets. I just wanted to know what's the suitable time to have it and for how long should i take it?

Best time to take iron is in the morning empty stomach But u should first find the cause of low hemoglobin. There are many causes so ur treatment should address to the cause also. Consult in pvt chat so that after asking some questions i can tell u the cause and guide u properly

Without out ur iron profil and morphology of the red blood cells we cannot decide wheat her it is a iron deficiency or due some other issues. In some people iron tablets Causes gastric irritation and stomach upset, so take it in the night. Vitaminb12 and folic acid are water soluble so avoid them with fatty food and can be taken any time
