Hello, Thanks for your query on practo "As" per your clinical history is concerned please check sugar level and if high then control it by adding insulin. Leg swelling and watery discharge can be due to infection only and infection will not be controled if sugar is not controlled so in my opinion control sugar first then add injected antibiotic treatment and if not controled then do surgery.
