About steroids for lungs maturity
I am 31w pregnant. I have a very short cervix 1mm with funneling 1cm dilated and an arabin pessary. I PPROMed around 27w. Since then I have had no water break or infection or contraction. AFI 8.63. Two steroid injections were given for baby's lung maturity at around 26w. Do I need another two injections at this point ? Doctors are not sure when the labor begins.
