Hi i got hurt vth metal so i visited dentist.
One dentist suggested me do rct with cap and other dentist said rct without cap so which dentist i have to refer m confused. Is it good to do rct with cap or rct cap plz suggest me

Which tooth?
Front - cap generally not required if inadvertent forces are not there on that tooth- until there is discolouration with that tooth
Back tooth- cap is mandatory

Actually rct with cap and without cap is subjective....obviously with cap is good but its not recommended every time... if your tooth structure is sufficient there is no need for cap
