  4. About pregnancy. How can we confirm it?

About pregnancy
She had intercourse one time only and she did not had her periods last for 2 months. She checked for pregnancy through the kit but it shows negative result. I just dont understand what happened. How can we confirm it? And if it is postive we have to abort it
