Is pain above navel during or after ovulation is a sign of pregnancy???????

No this is not the sign of pregnancy.But during ovulation due to release of egg.When mature egg rupture during ovulation there will be pain , sometimes bleeding and free fluid in pouch of Douglas (scan finding).
