Are you on iron supplements?you need supplements both iron and calcium but not to be taken simultaneously.protein supplements are not needed if you are taking a balanced diet even if vegetarian.

Hi. You have to take Iron supplement twice a day . Cap Becozyme  C forte daily and Prohance Mom protein powder with milk daily . Eat Paneer twice a week . And boiled chana twice a week . Your Hb is low .please also take Calcium supplement daily once .
