Hi my wife if 39week pregnant .today we went to check up Dr said just baby head is in position but canal I closed so she suggested for operation . Her date is on 16.11.2020 . So I wanted to know til 5 days can the canal get open .?
Some one said to have sex so that it gets open . But we had stopped having sex from 7 month .

Yes we can wait till her due date she might go in spontaneous labour, or labour can be induced as well,
Intercourse causes release of some hormones that induces uterine contraction( make sure last ultrasound was normal - liquor, placental location, doppler, fetal heart rate)
